Orders

– Click on the user icon at the top-right navigation panel on the
homepage. Select the sign-up button.
– Enter your email address, phone number, and password. Agree to our
terms and conditions.
– Click on the sign-up button.
– You will receive an email notification from us. Check your inbox or
spam folder to verify your account with us.
– After you have verified your account, you can log in to your account
successfully.

Select the sign-up button.
Enter your email address, phone number, and password, and agree to our
terms and conditions.
A drop-down list will appear. Fill in the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Professional Registration Number:
  • Healthcare Profession: Choose the right group of professions: doctor,
    nurse, pharmacist, dietician, pharmacist, occupational therapist, or
    others.
  • Institution: the name of the institution that you are working at
  • Certification Proof: Upload an image of your certificate, professional
    registration number, or business card for our verification.
– Click on the “Agree to Terms and Conditions” button.
– Click on the sign-up button.

We will verify your account in 24 hours. You will receive an email update about your
account status.

Shopping with Pharm-dx is hassle-free. Follow the steps below:

– Login to your account.
– Add items to your shopping cart.
– Click on the pay button.
– Choose your preferred payment method.
– Fill in your bank details.
– Proceed to checkout. 

You will receive an order confirmation after payment is successfully made.
Alternatively, you can also place an order as a guest user. However, you won’t
be able to collect and redeem points for guest user purchases.

– An order will be placed, and you will receive an order confirmation
email from us after we receive the payment.
– Please review the items in your cart before paying. You won’t be able to
cancel or amend the order once the payment is made.

Payment

– We do not offer payment on an installment basis.
– You can make payments using PayNow, debit cards, and credit cards that are supported by Razor Merchant Services.
– Razor is one of the leading merchant services in Southeast Asia. Rest assured, Razor is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Service Provider Level 1 Framework. Hence, your data is fully encrypted and safe.

-If you are choosing to make payment via PayNow, you will receive an order confirmation email with the QR code image on it. 

-Scan the PayNow QR code and pay the total balance.

-We will arrange the shipment of your package once we receive the payment.

Refund, return, and exchange

– You can request a refund if your products are defective, expired, or packed wrongly by writing an email to [email protected] within 7 days from the delivery date.
– Your refund request should include the order number, reasons for refund, and clear images of the defective products.
– Any refund request sent in after 7 days from the date the item was delivered will not be entertained.
– Please send a copy of your order and a screenshot or video of the faulty items so our operational team can review them.
– You will receive your funds in 5–7 working days if your refund request is successful.
– Yes, do write to us before returning or exchanging a product at [email protected].
– Our Customer Care team will review your request and advise you on the next step of action via email.
-You can return the parcel via courier services (SingPost or PopUp Station) after your request is approved by our Customer Care Team.
-Alternatively, you can return the parcel at our physical office located at 3791, Jalan Bukit Merah, #09-19/20, Redhill@E-Center, 159471, during working days on weekdays, from 9 am to 6 pm.
– Our Customer Care team will review your case and decide which party will bear the postage fee based on a case-by-case scenario.
– Please ensure that you’re home during the specified time on the delivery date. Our delivery team will leave the parcel at your doorstep if nobody is home.

Delivery

– Only local delivery is available now. Kindly drop us an email at [email protected] if you would like to make a delivery outside of Singapore.
– We charge a flat rate of $5.99 per order for local delivery. You are eligible for free delivery if your order is above $60. 
– It will take about 5-7 working days for your package to arrive. You will receive a shipment notification via email once your package is out for delivery.
-Please contact our support team if you do not receive your package after 7 working days. Our support team will check the status of your parcel and revert to you immediately.

Points Redemption

– We reward our customers for any online purchases made on Pharm-dx. Every $1 spent earns you one point. The more you spend, the more points you collect.
– You will receive $1 in exchange for 100 points that you have collected. For instance, if you have 200 points in your account, you can redeem $2 for your online purchase.
– Login to your account.
– Add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout
– During the checkout stage, you will see a message showing your total points in your account > Click on the Redeem Points button
– Enter the points that you’d like to redeem for your online purchases, which will reduce your total amount paid.
– Your points will expire after 2 years if you did not redeem it.
Please note that your points can only be redeemed for online purchases. Your points are not exchangeable for cash.

Pre-Order

A pre-order allows you to secure supplements and medical nutrition that are sourced specifically for you from our international suppliers. By placing a pre-order, you ensure you receive the item as soon as it becomes available in our inventory.

No. We have a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy for all pre-order items. Once your payment is processed, we immediately secure the stock with our suppliers. Because these items are sourced specifically for your request, all sales are considered final.

Delivery times depend on where the stock is being sourced from. Our current estimated lead times are:

  • Singapore (Local Stock Pre-Order): 14 – 21 working days
  • South Korea: 14 – 21 working days
  • Hong Kong: 30 – 33 working days

While we strive to meet the estimated timelines, please note that these are approximations. Factors such as customs clearance, port congestion, and international freight schedules are beyond our control. Your order may arrive earlier or later than the stated timeline.

You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been processed through our local warehouse and is on its way to your delivery address.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to shipping delays caused by logistics or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and recommend placing a pre-order only if you are comfortable with the provided delivery window.
