Delivery Policy

  1. We only support local delivery. Kindly email [email protected] if you would like to make a delivery outside of Singapore.
  2. Standard delivery fee will be SGD 5.99/order.
  3. Each local order above $60 and above will enjoy a complimentary courier service. Orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days upon payment verification.
  4. Shipment notification will be sent via email.
  5. Kindly contact us so we can check with our logistic partner your parcel status if you have not received your parcel after 7 working days.

Pre-Order Policy

By purchasing an item with a pre-order tag, you acknowledge that the product is being sourced specifically for you and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Strict No-Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

  • Final Sale: Once your pre-order payment is successfully processed, the order is considered final.
  • No Refund: We immediately secure and process your order with our local or overseas suppliers upon receiving your payment. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds once the order has been placed.

2. Estimated Shipping Lead Times

We source our products directly from overseas suppliers to guarantee authenticity. Please note the following estimated lead time for you to receive your package:

  • Singapore (Local Stock Pre-Order): 14 – 21 working days
  • South Korea: 14 – 21 working days
  • Hong Kong: 30 – 33 working days

3. Delay Disclaimer & Customs Clearance

  • The lead times stated above are approximations. Your order may arrive earlier or later than the timeline provided.
  • International shipments are subject to local and international customs clearance, port congestion, and freight transit schedules. These factors are entirely beyond our control.
  • We do not offer refunds or allow cancellations due to shipping delays caused by customs processing or logistics issues.
