1. When will I start noticing an increase in my milk production?
Lactamama is formulated with ingredients that have been shown to increase breast milk production. However, results may vary from person to person, ranging from three days to a week to notice an increase in breast milk supply.
2. When is the optimal time to take Lactamama to prevent breast engorgement or clogged milk ducts?
Clogged milk duct symptoms can come slowly and usually impact one breast. It’s advisable to consume one sachet of Lactamama when you begin to experience sensations like tingling, burning, itching, or discomfort around your breast area.
You are also advised to take one sachet of Lactamama before bedtime as a preventive measure against clogging issues.
3. Can I take Lactamama when I’m currently in significant pain due to breast engorgement?
We recommend consulting a lactation specialist or healthcare provider for personalized guidance.
4. When should I stop taking Lactamama?
This is a matter of personal choice. If you continue to experience low breast milk supply or recurrent clogged milk ducts, it is advisable to keep taking Lactamama. You may take Lactamama on alternate days or when necessary, after your symptoms have resolved.
5. Who should avoid taking Lactamama?
We do not recommend the following individuals to consume Lactamama:
- Pregnant women
- G6PD deficiency patient
- Warfarin users
6. Can I take Lactamama if my baby has G6PD deficiency?
No, we do not recommend taking Lactamama as it contains pea protein and soy lecithin.
7. Is Lactamama suitable for vegetarians?

It helps and prevent me from having clogged ducts. And I noticed that supply have also increase around 10% after consuming it.
