How to Use
Measure 230 ml of water and pour it into a clean cup
Add 7 scoops (~77g) of Valens® Onthera+ into the cup.

I had a cervical spine operation on 4 June 2026 and dietitian gave me a diet plan for me to follow. She evaluated my health condition and advised me to do 1. Get a PT to do Pre-hab n prepared for the operation 2. Boost immuno nutrition and she recommends Onthera. Before op Twice a day, after op once a day. The outcome was good and my recovery was smooth. Onthera has boost my immune system and taste of the drink was good too.
