1. All free gifts are subject to availability on a ‘whilst stocks last’ basis.
2. The surprise gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non- exchangeable for cash. Pharm-dx reserves the right to substitute rewards with others of similar value at its discretion or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
3. Promotion period is from 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025.
4. Promotion is limited to 1 Redemption per user.
5. Proof of purchase of Myotein within the last three months from the redemption date from any outlets will be required to claim the surprise gift. The last date of submission will be on 31 July 2025, 2359hrs.
