Return & Exchange Policy
You may submit a refund request within 7 days upon receipt of goods via email OR website [contact us].
Your refund request should include your order number, reason for return/exchange and clear photographs of the defective products.
1. Once your request is submitted, kindly allow 2-3 working days for review, and you’ll receive an email notification.
2. Once your refund/exchange request is approved, an email will be sent to you with clear instructions on return procedures.
3. We will provide a refund or replacement once approved, after further inspection of the returned item(s).
Kindly allow 30 days after the approval for the funds to reach your account associated with your payment method.
Pharm-D E Store reserves the right to reject any exchange / returns.
Orders made w/ discount code/points can be refunded. (Specific promotions have to state clearly if it CANNOT be refunded)
