Description
Garolive is made up of a unique blend of heart-healthy superfoods which are wild garlic, olive, hawthorn berries, and artichoke. Together, these ingredients may help nourish the heart. Garolive helps to support healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels as well as enhancing blood circulation.
How does it work?
- Wild garlic – Wild Garlic (Allium Ursinum) has long been used in medicine for its benefits in maintaining blood glucose and supporting cardiovascular system health. While Common Garlic (Allium Sativum) is known to be able to provide the same benefits, studies have indicated that the active compounds that give both garlic their amazing health properties exist at a much higher potency in Wild Garlic. [1]
- Olive – Know by its botanical name, Olea Europaea, olives have long been popular in Mediterranean diets as a staple fruit and snack. The fruit has been shown to maintain healthy blood pressure levels.
- Artichokes – Artichokes (Cynara cardunculus var. scolymu) are a popular vegetable in many cultures worldwide. But while tasty, the plant also boasts multiple health benefits. In numerous studies, it was suggested that Artichoke extracts were able to maintain heart health by maintaining healthy blood cholesterol levels. [2]
- Hawthorn Berry: For centuries, hawthorn berries (Crataegus) have been associated with the maintenance of a healthy digestive and cardiovascular system as well as maintaining healthy blood pressure levels. The fruit is popular for its multiple health benefits and antioxidant properties. According to studies, the fruit is able to support heart health through the maintenance of healthy blood pressure and cholesterol [3].
